What resources do you find most useful when preparing lessons, labs, etc?

The University of Colorado at Boulder's PhET website is awesome.

Eugenia Etkina's Physics Teaching Technology Resource from Rutgers University is also very good.

My third suggestion is the Pretty Good Physics (PGP) wiki. Upload your own lessons as well as download others' lessons!
